What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a quote. Our forms ask for your name, company name, email address, telephone number, how you heard about us and the details of your enquiry. All fields relate to your enquiry; we don’t ask for any sensitive information.
When you contact us directly. If you phone or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can deal with your enquiry.
When you browse the website. We don’t use analytics or advertising tools, and the website doesn’t set cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working properly.
When you download a document. Our datasheets and certificates can be downloaded without giving any personal details.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and supply products you order.
- To manage our relationship with customers and suppliers.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract; our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business; and complying with the law.

Enquiries sent through the website are delivered to us by email. The website itself doesn’t keep a copy of your submission.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Records we need for accounting or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.
